Our Story

In April 2020, at the beginning of the Corona epidemic and in light of the growing plight of the Holocaust survivors, Dr. Tamara Kolitz addressed her friends in a group of female doctors and suggested that they establish a dedicated medical system together.

Within a few days, hundreds of doctors from all fields of medicine volunteered, with one goal – to provide Holocaust survivors with high-quality, accessible and free medicine.

We couldn't get home treatments and had trouble getting an appointment with a doctor in the community. By chance we came across the organization and turned in deep despair. Ariel from the center took care of us patiently and quickly connected us to Dr. Elad Asher, who came to our house. There aren't many things like 'Lemaanam'

I contacted the organization 'LeMaanam' and in a short time I met Dr. Michael Gutman, who with a smile and volunteering gave me dedicated care and eased the pain. The activity of 'Lemaanam' is very important, congratulations for what you are doing!

I have no words to express my appreciation for your blessed work. Dr. Gal Midan the geriatrician was at Dad's on Friday. There aren't many doctors like that!... Precisely in these moments I drew strength from him. In short - thank you from the bottom of my heart

Mom came back happy. She never stopped praising Dr. Amit Wolfovich for the pleasantness, kindness and of course the perfect treatment she received.
