Our volenteers carry out home visits to those confined to their homes, as recognised by Israeli HMOs, It is important to note that The services provided in the HMO clinics are the most comprehensive services.
At the same time, there are many cases where there is real difficulty in obtaining these services
The process of receiving the service at ‘LeMaanam’ involves a professional telephone conversation with a medical representative. Through it and after consultation with senior doctors, the most appropriate method of treatment will be determined.
Home visits
Our volenteers carry out home visits to those confined to their homes, as recognised by Israeli HMOs, as well as for those who cannot leave their homes to recieve said services.
If it is found that a visit to the patient’s home is necessary, the visit will be scheduled according to the doctor’s availability and the patient’s requests. Sometimes special medical equipment is required to carry out the examination and treatment, and for this purpose the organisations has mobile clinics equipped with advanced equipment.

Our volunteers
Our volunteers at ‘LeMaanam’ include over 1000 doctors from all areas of medicine. In addition, a large array of volunteers from all the spectrum of health professions and an “auxillery force”of volunteers has been established which helps, amongst other things, in transporting and escorting holocaust survivors to clinics.
Working Hours
The call center operates Sunday-Thursday between 9:00-19:00. During non-business hours, you may leave a message at the message center and we will get back to you during business hours.
