Mobile clinics
The “LeMaanam” organisation operates mobile clinics staffed with medical equipment, in order to carry out examinations, provide treatment and medical consultations for housebound holocaust survivors, or those who have trouble getting to clinics.
As of today, we opeate 2 mobile clinics:
A mobile clinic that specialises in the fields of dermatology, ENT and ophthalmology, thanks to the kind donation of the Safra family.
Another mobile clinic, donated by the DM Foundation and with the assistance of the grant department of Bituah Leumi (Israel’s national social security agency) specialises in lab services, EKG,is equiped with a mobile ultrasound and more.

Our volunteers
Our volunteers at ‘LeMaanam’ include over 1000 doctors from all areas of medicine. In addition, a large array of volunteers from all the spectrum of health professions and an “auxillery force”of volunteers has been established which helps, amongst other things, in transporting and escorting holocaust survivors to clinics.
Working Hours
The call center operates Sunday-Thursday between 9:00-19:00. During non-business hours, you may leave a message at the message center and we will get back to you during business hours.
